    I fail to see why anyone should be forced to wear a seatbelt if the don’t want to.
    Sure, they’d be pretty stupid, but it’s ultimately their choice (provided of course they wouldn’t force anyone to pay for the health-related consequences of their actions after)

    Here’s a question for you:

    Texas allows motorcyclists to ride without helmets. Some people who hear this believe it is absurd. Should motorcyclists be required to wear helmets? Such a law would restrict their personal freedom. What say you?
